Our b&b-guesthouse is located in a quiet surrounding in direction to St. Ulrich and is only a 10 minute walk far from the center. It offers in summer and winter a favorable location. The guesthouse is located opposite to our blockhouse with the apartments.

In winter, the free skibus stops directly in front of our house and the entrance to the cross-country ski trails is right next to it. You can reach the toboggan run by a winter hiking trail in 10 minutes. Ski courses can be booked directly in our house for a reduced price. All our wintersport-guests can use the ski-racks in the basement and dry their boots.

In summer, the swimming pond is only 5 minutes away and can be reached comfortably by foot. Our location is the perfect starting point for hikes and mountainbike-tours in the surrounded mountains, especially the Loferer Steinberge. Golf trainings and greenfees can be booked in our house for a reduced rate.

Rates

The rate in winter is 24,50 Euro and in summer 20,00 Euro per person / night. We grant a reduction for children by request.

The visitor's tax is 1,50 Euro per adult / night, children up to 15 years are tax-free.
