 Our
blockhouse has been built in 1997 and is located in a quiet
surrounding in direction to St. Ulrich and is only a 10 minute
walk far from the center. It contains two apartments for
4 to 6 people and each flat has a size of 73 sqm. The blockhouse
is located opposite to our guesthouse with the luxury rooms.
In
winter, the free skibus stops directly in front of our house
and the entrance to the cross-country ski trails is right
next to it. You can reach the toboggan run by a winter hiking
trail in 10 minutes. Ski courses can be booked directly in
our house for a reduced price. All our wintersport-guests
can use the ski-racks in the basement and dry their boots.
In summer, the swimming pond is only 5 minutes away and can
be reached comfortably by foot. Our location is the perfect
starting point for hikes and mountainbike-tours in the surrounded
mountains, especially the Loferer Steinberge. Golf trainings
and greenfees can be booked in our house for a reduced rate.

The first apartment "Hausberg" is
for 4 - 6 people with a vestibule, two bedrooms, living
room with an extendable couch, bathroom with shower and
bathtube, separated toilette, cloakroom and a balcony.
The second apartment "Steinplatte" is
for 6 people with a vestibule, combined kitchen/living
room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilette,
cloakroom and a balcony.

Rates
Apartment for 4 - 6 people (Hausberg):
The rate per apartment / night in winter is 79,50 Euro,
in summer 64,00 Euro. If
the apartment is occupied with more than 4 people, the
rate of the second apartment is valid.
Apartment for 6 people (Steinplatte):
The rate per apartment / night in winter is 109,50 Euro,
in summer 76,00 Euro.
The visitor's tax is 1,50 Euro
per adult / night, children up to 15 years are tax-free.
Final cleaning is 7,50 Euro
per person.
